I love real estate.  It never gets old.  I get excited whether working with a purchaser to find their new home or assisting sellers, market their home.

When preparing a home for market it may need paint, electrical or plumbing work.  Maybe it just needs some cleaning and downsizing love.  I arrange it all to make a move as stress free as possible.

This was the best thing to ever happen to us. Our son played with neighbourhood kids all on his own at the park down the street for 5 hours today  Something we could never let him do at our old house. The house is stunning! There is even a little hike we do up the hill and it's in the woods up a cliff and you can see the ocean on all sides. Our unit has the most sky lights !! THE NEW builds are nice but don't have sky lights! Our tenant is happy too ! All is well :D
