1. Market Evaluation:

In order to determine a correct selling price, Frank will prepare a Market Evaluation (sample on right) that will compare your home with others in your area. He will personally guide you through the analysis to ensure you have a complete understanding of your home's value.

2. MLS (Multiple Listing Service):

Frank will prepare your MLS listing which can be viewed nationally and internationally.

3. New Listing Card:

In some cases a professionally designed "New Listing Card" (sample on right) is prepared and delivered to approximately 3000 addresses.

4. Agent Tour:

Frank hosts a tour of your home for 25-30 Re/Max agents who then act as an extended sales team for you!

5. Advertising in Real Estate Victoria Guide:

Advertising is prepared for the popular Real Estate Victoria Guide

6. Open House:

In most cases Frank will host an Open House of your home and will assist you in preparing for this event.
